I’m a negative thinker when I’m upset.

I tend to look on the bad side of things, than the bright side. I start to think of all of these worst case scenarios that would eventually just put all this weight on my shoulders. I’m never good in bad situations. Cause that’s when all of my negative thoughts attack me at once and just take me down with it.
